  • Ran PCR of pVJ4 with the new middle primers.
  • Ran resistance tests with the new apparatus and M9 Minimal Media. We made the cultures in LB Lennox and then resuspended in M9 Minimal Media. All readings done of the supernatant. The proteins could coat the Gold electrodes.
  • Made .006 and .00605 Molar solutions of NaCl to see if our apparatus is indeed sensitive enough to detect that small of a change.
