Results of the plating of RBS-LuxI-Term:
40 colonies, and 6 on the vector autoligation.
- 8 colonies picked and miniprep'd.
- Ctrl. digestion with X,P.

Expected bands:
- 2.1kb (vector pSB1A2)
- 800bp (luxI by 2step pcr)
Clones 2, 3, 5 and 8 are correct.
Cloning of A1 into B1:
Cloning was succesful.
