- Performed analytical digests of X17-20 (pSB1A2+dxs+lims) with a) EcoRI and b) EcoRI/PstI. These were run on gel 61, which shows that X20 (streak 5) corresponds to M137 and is pSB1A2+dxs+lims. (X17-19 are not the desired product and have been discarded.) (AH)
