Run single digests and double digests of M166 to M177 on Gel 67. M168 (SOB+glgc-mut1,2) and M169 (SOB+glgc-mut1,2,3) showed good results! (YAN)
Purified P88 (ISA1) and P89 (ISA2) from Gel 64. (AM)
Purified P90 (CHU2268) from Gel 64 and ligated to Edinbrick 1. (AM)
