We didn't manage it to update our Wet Lab page daily. Therefore, we decided to make a weekly summary. This wouldn't separate experiments that are conducted over several days and we wouldn't waste our time. The first summary is on 6 August 2008.

-Those cells transformed with same spot as before (4B bba_E2040) showed no growth, very few colonies (around 5) showed growth when transformed with spot 8A. suggest using larger amount of transformed cells per plate and maybe doing a diluition series.
