method
・receiverをLBで12hプレ培養し、colonyが1000位になるようにプレートに撒く。（プレート①）
・LBで12hプレ培養したsenderの菌液とLB-agar(50℃)を混ぜて(LB:LBagar=1:1)シャーレに流し込んで固まらせる。（プレート②）
・プレート②ができる頃にプレート①のreceiverのcolonyがちょうど良い大きさ(プレートに撒いて12hくらい)になるようにする。
・receiverのcolonyをニトロセルロースで写し取り、senderが入ったプレートの表面にはる。はったときからスタート。
・37℃で培養。
・決まった時間になったらUVを当ててGFPが見えるかチェックする。
