  • Exo-Sap:OriV clones 1 thru 4, aadA(from BB registry) clones 5&9, aada(from pRL1383a) clones 3&6
  • OriV clones 1 thru 4, aadA(from BB registry) clones 5&9, aada(from pRL1383a) clones 3&6.
  • The omega interposon DNA was not submitted because there were multiple bands-->tomorrow I will work some more on this
  • also submitted some of Grace's constructs
