Re-replacement of BB-pRL1383a MCS

EtBr stained 0.8% agarose gel ran at 60V for ---. Thirty microliters of RE digest reaction were loaded into each well.
  • Ran last night's RE digest on a gel
  • Extracted bands from gel
  • Treated BB-pRL1383a w/ SAP
  • Ligated --μl J33207 w/ --μl BB-pRL1383a
  • Transformed DH5α cells using 5 μl ligation reaction
