Plasmid prep
- Grace
- Used Qiaprep Spin Miniprep Kit to plasmid prep BB1 (10/22 and 10/25 inoculations)
- Ran on gel to verify plasmid
- ~2ng/μl
- The prep kit yields really clean preps in ~1 hour. :D!

- Restriction digest BB-pRL1383a with EcoRI and PstI
- Dephosphorelated restriction product with SAP for 1 hour
