Summary of What's Cooking
LuxR from AraC and TetR(Faifan)
- QuikChange Mutagenesis(insert TetR region into AraC R0080) failed twice. Troubleshooting is on process.
- Got alternative AraC and TetR promoter from Elowitz's. On process of Biobricking it.

- Still trying to lose plasmids that produce LuxR and that contain the promoter AraC and TetR (and may be other unknown plasmids) in the strain.
