  1. Inoculation of colonies from plate with ligation of 3kb(?????)+ link_alpha, 3kb(????)_pLac_OmpA_ + alpha2 LB with kanamycin and RFP(?????) + AraC+pBAD+AID to LB with ampicillin.
  2. Repetition of ligation of isolated DNA fragments: (pACYC177 + OmpA_omega_ (both digested with BamHI and PstI - from 30 September).

  1. Transformation of TOP10 with above ligation.
  2. Planting on LB with kanamycin.
