Blue-white screening and rifampicin test in GM2163

1. 0.5 ml of each liquid culture was plated on solid LB supplemented with 200 ug/ml rifampicin + Tetracycline
2. 0.1 ml of each liquid culture was plated on solid CTAXI medium
3. Plasmids were isolated from the rest of cultures.
4. Gel electrophoresis of iolated plasmids and gel-out of pZC320
5. Gel-outed plasmids were transformed to Top10 cells
