            Ligation of TA2, TA3, TA6 and TA7 into vector K102031.
            Transformed XL1-B cells with the ligations.

lab work (JD): 

             Annealed TAIn_2, TAIn_3, TAIn_6 and TAIn_7
             Nucleotide Removal 
             Restriction Digest (2hrs) with XhoI + HindIII
             Ran on gel 2%, 80V for 2 hours
