BioBrick parts (Spring 2008 Distribution) sent to teams
Preliminary team rosters due (Early summer teams)

lab work (SD): 

                 DNA digest of R0011.1 and R0010.1 with SpeI + Pst I and E0433.1 with XbaI + PstI.  
                 Run on 2% agarose gel.  
                 Fragments were excised from gel and frozen overnight at -20 C.
