            PCR amplification of TA2+
            Used nucleotide removal purification kit to remove enzyme and unincorporated nucleotides.  Eluted
            in 30ul buffer EB.

lab work (JD): 

           Carried out day 1 of LacZ Assay protocol
           Created O/Ns of cotransformed cells
