lab work (SD, JD): 

           Transformation of XLI-B cells with K102000 (R0010 + T/A I) and K102001 (R0011 + T/A I).  
           Results: K102000 - 75 colonies.  K102000 negative control - 9 colonies.
           Results: K102001 - 13 colonies.  K102001 negative control - 2 colonies.
