lab work (SD, JD): 

         Isolated plasmid DNA from LB culture tubes from 22/05/08 using QIAprep standard miniprep protocol.  
         Plasmids were sequenced.  K102000.4 becomes K102000.  
         K102001 unsuccessful (promoter is missing).
