Started do creat our simulation model using SimBiology. Have to find all the parameters values to get some useful results.
On the morning, we prepared cells to be electrocompetent(25 aliquots). We made the same protocol as yesterday but we incubated the cells only 2:20. The OD600 was already at 0.48.
On the afternoon, we did three electro-transformations at 1.25kV : with - PuC18, - 1020 2C and - 1003 7A.
We received swipes stocks of our parts. We let them to grow overnight in 1.5ml of LB + specific antibiotic.
