- Purification of P91 to P94, followed by self-ligation, labelled as L58 to L61:
- L58: self-ligation of P91.
- L59: self-ligation of P92.
- L60: self-ligation of P93.
- L61: self-ligation of P94. (YAN)
- Analytical digests of M194 to M197 (dxs+lims+appY) on Gel 71. Only M194 gave good result (YAN).
