Hey guys! Just three quick things:

1) Have a good weekend

2) 8 plasmids are being sequenced now with our gene in them. They did bug me that the plasmid concentrations aren't high enough. I hypothesize that since y'all are following kit instructions, you might be doing something like only partially lysing cells (and thus not releasing all their plasmids). Let's talk technique next time we work together.

3) I updated the Notebook page on our wiki website.

I've put a to do list up to let us know what things are still on our plate, and I copied that code from the Illinois team to make our calendar kickass. Feedback and contributions would be appreciated. ;-)
