-Dave planted 3 pots of Wt corn, 3 pots of TB1 mutants (negative control), 6 pots of Mo17 to be injected by GFP Klebsiella, and 6 pots of Mo17 to be injected with TB1 RNAi Klebsiella - maybe too late to see branching, but lets see...
-Dave found that 50% of the ligations from the weekend worked (finally the plasmid ligated to crtE after 5 failed three way ligations!), gel extracted the cutted plasmid and ligated crtB to CrtE plus the promoter. No carotenoid production seen yet.
-TB1 RNAi construct appears to be in pDSK - we have to test it with PCR cause pDSK is low copy number
