3:35 Matt gave the presentation on the Receptor Tyrosine Kinase method—ppt HERE
- We will probably use a receptor from a mouse
3:50 Dr. Rao suggested that we should have a simpler project to get us in the lab right now while we continue to do research
- Create an E. Coli biosensor to detect ions so that we can get in the lab and get some experience
4:04 Luke and Adam gave a presentation on BiFC—ppt HERE
- This can be done in E.coli
4:20 Kiruthika gave a presentation on GPCR fusion on the antibody—ppt HERE 4:40 Professors left, we discussed each project
