• Agreed on a new team structure which consists of three groups: Sequencing - James, Chris, QQ, Wet lab - Tom, James, Krupa, QQ, Dry lab - Erika, Clinton, Yanis, Prudence

1130: Set up lab, tutorial for use of Bio-Rad DNA illuminator

1400: Journal Club 2b - James presents on pattern formation (high & low pass filter techniques)

  • Software suitable for modelling motility - Clinton
  • Protocols for wet lab (eg for cloning the vectors)
