- 600μL 100% glycerol
Stored in -80°C freezer in iGEM Box 2
Light sensitive test
- Plates made with
- Kan
- Chlor
- Amp
- Arabinose
- X-Gal
- pCph8/pL-pCB culture streaked on two of these plates
- One wrapped in foil, stored in incubator lvl 1
- Other incubated in genetics incubator with light on
