| 1. Make WB (Western Blot) solutions: SDS page buffer, Transfer buffer, and PBS buffer. |
| 2. Clean the lab dishes with bleach, then running water. Autoclave after. |

| 4. Make approximately 2 liters of LB broth. Autoclave to sterilize. |
