- Transformed cells from yesterday did not grow (at least not well)
- It's possible that growing them at room temperature was too cold, and so they grew very slowly.
- Plan of Action:
- Put already-transformed cells into 37C incubator, let grow overnight
- Concentrate and plate the extra cells from yesterday, let grow in 37C incubator
