poured approximately 10-20 ml LB-AGAr mix (1.5 % agar) to 20 plates, prep for colonies of p putida.
also poured approximately 10-20 ml LB agar mix (1.5 % agar) with 10 % indole (w/v) to 4 plates, prep for colonies of p putida
overnight cultures of P. putida in LB 4 mL LB + a drop of toluene were made and placed in the 30° shaker overnight.
