- First of all, the parameters were reinvestigated and doublechecked since errors can have large effects as we've learned throughout this summer.
- Second, we decided to upgrade our filter to contain a more efficient key-lock system. We finally found these parts after seriously digging through the [http://parts2.mit.edu/wiki/index.php/Berkeley2006-RiboregulatorsMain Berkeley 2006 pages] and the [http://partsregistry.org/Main_Page Registry]. This new system with its improved efficiency can be seen reflected in the parameters of the new key-lock system.
