- Verification PCR allowed to identify tet0^2, tetO^3, cI0^2, LexA0^2 and LexA0^3 clones
- I started a miniprep from those clones and saved them on a new plate
- For LacI0 I didn't succeed to distinguish between LacIO^1 and LacIO^2 clones, so I will try tomorrow again
