ExoSAP removes ssDNA and dNTPs

Protocol

  1. Add 2 μl ExoSAP to 5 μl of the PCR reaction.
  2. Incubate in a 37C water bath for 15 min.
  3. Incubate in a 80C water bath for 15 min. to inactivate ExoSAP.
