Inoculation

  1. Get 3 culture tubes w/ 2ml LB each and 4ul Blast(50mg/ml) each.
  2. Choose culture from plate, placing one in each tube using toothpick. Leave culture on toothpick, and put the whole thing into the tube.
  3. Label and put in 37C shaker overnight.
