- Ran out of LacIERE minipreps. Set up the O/N's of LacIERE using colonies form original Transformant stocks.
- Digested RBS+TetR with Eco/XbaI.

- Jason and I began the site-directed mutagenesis of the binary vector. Its going to take a loooong time (over 7 hours for the PCR alone) so we are going to finish it (i.e. do the digestion with DpnI and transform) tomorrow.
