Today

  • Regarding the Site Directed Mutagenesis: The transformed non-mutated binary vector did grow so we know that it is not too large to transform.
  • We do think we know the problem: the binary vecor is Kan resistant and it was plated on Amp plated! Of course it didnt grow. Redoing the transformation today and plating on the proper media this time!
  • More toxicity tests of ER01 and ER02.
  • Ligated and transformed ER01 + ER02.
