- Did a miniprep of the TetR biobrick from the iGEM Parts binder. Concentration = 146.0ng/ul. Placed in "Miniprep 2" box.

- Colony PCR extravaganza 11 samples done
- 5 are Purple Russian in J61003
- 5 are TetR LVA biobrick from the biobrick book
- 1 is a double check of a colonie that is being sequenced for purple russian.
- Ran a Gel of all of them
