Today in the lab
Dan
- 'S1, D12, and T123 parts were recieved from Houston'
- These plasmids were integrated into E.coli so that we can make a glycerol stock of them.
Matt
- PCR optimization
- Prepared another PCR reaction from ~56 to 61 degrees C and let it run overnight.
General project developments
Cory
- Prepared 3 week plan for people working in lab
Cory, Katy, Radi, John, Nezar, Kheira, Tammy, Sam, Dan
- Held general meeting to discuss project developments
- We will be making several promotional videos and a general meeting project package and presentation
- Also chose candidates for remaining lab positions.
