Glycerol Stock and Transformation

  • A glycerol stock of YPH500 using 0.5 mL cells and 0.5 mL YPD was made.
  • Transformation's of the Collins plasmids was also performed.

  • We integrated plasmids 597/8 into BY4742 cells as well.
