- Minipreped the 6 colonies, obatined good concentrations however gel confirmation revealed that transformation was unsuccessful.
- Gel Extraction
- Performed gel extraction of T123 amplification product from July 24
- To much DNA was inserted into each well, will have to do PCR again
- PCR of 0A and 0B
- PCR of constructs 0A and 0B was performed, producing lots of DNA.
