- Miniprep
- We continued our miniprep from yesterday with help from Mila. A 200 mL of a LB + amp broth was created and bacteria were inoculated. Set the bacteria to shake at 250 rpm 37°C overnight.
General project developments

- Autoclave training
- We received the mandatory formal autoclave training, so now we are authorized to use the autoclave machines.
