Today in the lab

- Miniprep
- Miniprep was performed for all four plasmids and concentrations of DNA were calculated - 1B was very low so it might not turn out on the gel.
- Digestion
- Digestion volumes were calculated, DNA was then left to digest overnight in the PCR machine.
