LuxR from AraC and TetR(Faifan)

3A assembly

- sequencing result came back. One out of three GPF constructs showed successful ligation!!! (culture#3) None of the LuxR constructs worked. [Re: pick more colonies from LuxR plate, stock GFP plasmid and shock miniprep into MG1655Z1]

- streaked out MG1655Z1 from stock onto Tsy plate.

-no growth in any plates. =[ It could be because the ligation wasn't set up right..may be not enough DNA or something.
