- made glycerol stock for GFP construction plasmid (hybrid promoter AraC-TetR + E0240 + pSB3K3)
- minipreped LuxR construction and submit sequencing x8
- made one sample of Electrocompetent Cells of MG1655Z1
- transformed GFP construction plasmid into MG1655Z1 and inoculated on Kan plate.
