- 1 colony for reaction#1(5ul DNA)
- no colony for reaction#1(15ul DNA), reaction#2(5, 15 ul DNA)
- lots in positive(-Dpn1)
MG1655Z1(Faifan)
- Got growth in Tsy#4 plate, picked colonies(4 from #3, 4 from #5) and streaked out in Amp, Cam, Kan, Tet plate (8 sections)
