Accomplished

  • Re-plate B0034 for the 3rd time (from leftover cells from 2nd transformation)
  • Small broth of A51 (RFP + GFP) so that we can then take the broth to a spectromoter
  • Digested B0032 (Medium RBS) - since we don't trust B0034 right now
  • Did A58-A60 with B0032, hopefully it'll be more successful
    • A58-A60: Medium RBS + BP1-3
    • BPs run through low-melt gel and re-purified, therefore fresh
  • Transformed and plated A58-A60
