Overnight Results
- Plates didn't have anything on them. We plated them late (8pm) so we'll let them keep growing
Goals
- Run gel of pSB1A10, A3, A4, BP2, BP3
- Redo assembly of:
- RBS + BP2
- RBS + BP3
- R0040 + E0240
- R0040 + E0040(?) < the potentially mislabeled one which might be E0240 actually
- Goal is to get something to fluoresce green
- R0010 + A4 (RBS+BP1)
- Transform and plate above assemblies
