Overnight Results
- EVERYTHING WORKED! all ligations were successful thanks to the new T4 ligase
- Also the E0840 plate from the day before now had colonies
Accomplished
- Made small overnight broth of all assemblies
- Broth of A30 (RFP + GFP) received 10ul of IPTG to induce pLac in I715039
- Digested pSB1A10 and B1002 with EcoRI and PstI and ligated, transformed
