- Miniprep the new overnight broths of the assemblies trying to redo the
- Digest the miniprepped DNA
- Gel the digested DNA
- If bands come up as expected, run a nusieve gel to extract cut DNA for ligation and transformation
Results
- all steps done but bands on gel are not what was expected
- ran out of XbaI, need to purchase more tomorrow for any digestions we need todo
