Overnight Results
Goals
- Check A51 under fluorescence scope to see if there's both red and green
- Re-elute B0034
- Re-transform A47-50
- Positive (pUC19) and negative controls
- Check induced A51 plate
Accomplished
- A51 plate had both RED and GREEN but red was stronger than green.
- Reds were uniform which is good news for later measurements
- Re-transformed and plated A47-A50
- Eluted, transformed and plated B0034 again in an effort to remove sources of error in our assemblies
