[x] gel of diagnostic digest from yesterday.
[x] miniprep P. mendocina, stabs from iGEM (2).
[x] Make glycerol stock of P. mendocina KR1, stabs if it grew.
[x] tips, tubes to autoclave.
[x] clean out autoclaved waste.
[x] update parts inventory, clean out bad DNA.
