[x] Moved patch/streak plates to 4 degree (they're perched precariously in the igem box)

innoculate using cultures from streaked plate (?) and also innoculate registry parts we have from 2007. (15 of the 16 parts that we want can be found in the 2007 kit) There's an excel spread sheet in the lab book with the corresponding box location. This can be done today or tomrrow . ~ 30min
