[x] run check gel of gel extraction product
- not successful. looks like no dna
- will repeat PCR

[] if above successful, Clone T7 Gene6 with pjet kit

[x] repeat PCR with gene 6 again, in MQ, 5% DMSO, 10% DMSO
- run longer program (40 cycles)

[x] test Plac rfp, Plac gfp in induced and not-induced conditions (re streak in IPTG and non IPTG plates)

[x] inoculate stabs from iGEM

[x] washing buffer made (for new fermentas kit)
